Drink 8-10 glasses of water Crush mint leaves to extract the juices. Apply the juice to your face every night. This acne home remedy also the tooth paste works too. Put colgate toothpaste over your acne it will dry it out over night. hope this helps = )

I've had bad skin for a long while and have been on different medications but i've just started to eat more fruit and veg, getting my five a day, and my skin has really started to clear up.

Home remedies? Well I dont know if this counts but eating healthy and drinking plenty of water. I know its said time and time again, but I use to have severe acne and it does affect it. Go to your doctor and ask about Roaccutane if it is that bad, if not they can probably give you some anti-biotics :)
