So I was just wondering if this routine will help get acne free and healthy skin cut out all greasy and fatty food stick to veggies and fruits wash face twice a day with a gentle cleanser wear little to no makeup steam face at least once a week to open pores exercise daily get at least 10 to 15 min. of sunlight daily drink 8 to 12 glasses of water daily take one a day teen advantage for girls daily exfoliate face and use a mask at least once a week get at least 8 hours of sleep a night
Best acne system for oily skin?
I'm looking for an acne system that works well for oily skin and doesn't test on animals. Has anyone used any products that they really love and get rid of acne? I've already tried using Proactiv, but it doesn't work for me.
Best acne medication for oily skin?
I'm 14 and I've been experiencing acne since I was 11. My pimples aren't usually filled with puss but are normally small whiteheads are large red pimples that clump together. I have them on my forehead, nose, chin, and even my chest area. My nose and forehead are also very oily.I've been using many different acne medications that don't seem to work, and I also never have seen a dermatologist. Help please?
How do I achieve smooth-looking skin after the acne is gone?
My former acne has been reduced to the rare pimple, delightfully enough. But I still have red marks from my acne. I don't have any deep scarring my skin is entirely smooth to the touch, but the old marks look like acne at a glance. I'm currently using an extremely simple cleanser, benzoyl peroxide and AHA moisturizer in the morning and the same cleanser, a simple moisturizer and Differin at night. With the AHA moisturizer, I have noticed that the marks have been very gradually disappearing. But what else can I do to expedite the process? Anything?

im a 15 year old dude. i have some acne like its not like covering my face but its still annoying. Ive tried the clean and clear advantage kit it helped but not enough, ive tried the clearasul altra didnt work. ive tried netrogena kit didnt work. i tried the wave NOPE didnt work, ive tried the grapefruit thing nope didnt work sorry to keep going on but i just want this stuff gone THANKS IN ADVANCE
What is the best facial moisturizer for very very sensative skin w/ acne?
Hi. I hate my facial skin. it is soooo sensative to anything, and 98% of the products out there on the market will irritate my skin. I need a moisturizer that has as little ingredients as possible, and only those that are necessary. no fragrance, etc Maybe something that has aloe in it too. Should I try to get only natural organic things? Also something that won't make me break out....What are some good products? Thanks
Is it possible to have your skin be immune to acne products?
Well I've used everythiiiing. From Clearasil to Neutragena to Ponds to Cetaphil to Proactive to Clean and CLear and etc. It won't go away D They grow smaller and I can make them less obvious with makeup that's dermatolagist recommended . But like i noticed it works for maybe a day or two or maybe even like a month tops, but then I use it again and it doesn't work. It's like my skin is immune to all those products It's not that bad but still > .< I'm wondering if there's anything I can do. And what do I do about the marks they leave? Not from picking, but the fading away marks that haven't well..faded?please help love, immune girl XD
