Facial burn after using acne medication?! (skin iD)?
Three days ago I started using skin iD from Neutrogena, and at first did sting a little, but my noticeable pimples started to dry out and the redness went down. Then yesterday my face was swollen, bright red all over, and EXTREMELY itchy. I didn't wash my face with the product, just some cold water and Ivory soap, and it hasn't gone down at all. In fact, it's much itchier and the skin around my mouth is flaking. Is this a chemical burn from the 2.5% benzoyl and salicylic acid in the product? I've used both before and have never experienced a reaction like this.I have to go back to school in three days, so I'd not only like to relieve the pain and itchiness but also get my skin back to normal?HELP PLEASE
What is good acne medication--? ?
I have used Pro Active but that can get pricey and I was wondering if anyone knows any other cheaper products just as effective?
Switching acne medications?
Alright so i've been using Proactiv for a few months now and my skin is much worse from it. Tomorrow I get a different medication that worked wonders before but that i quit because it was too drying i could care less about that now . My question is should i even bother to use Proactiv tonight? I'm scared to quit using it even for one night cause i've heard you break out bad when you quit but since it's not working in the first place i'm thinking that that probably won't apply to me. But should i just not use anything tonight so that my face even has atleast one night before i switch medications, to avoid irritation or something or will it even really matter? basically I don't want to use it tonight so that my face has a night to kind of relax before i start another harsh medication but i'm worried about it breaking out even worse, what should i do?
What is the best acne medication?
Ive been using stridex and it almost seems like its getting worse and when i wash my face with soap it burns after ive washed my face i cant figure out if its from stress, being dirty or from swimming. i mean in the summer i played baseball all the time, i was a catcher and was always dirty and sweaty and had dirt on my face and didn't have one zit, but now i am on my high schools swim team and now my face breaks out, what type of medication is good for acne to solve thisanother thing i should mention to should i use lotion or does that make you break out too

i went to my dermatologist and they prescribed me all these weird things. but before i use it i would like to know a little more about what im getting myself into.hydrocortisone 2x a dayclindamycin gel 2x a day 1% and tetraclydine 2x a day pill on top of that im using cetaphil daily washmy acne is not horrible, but its not good at all.its on my cheeks forehead and chin.i do have bacne too. is this too much?thnx for reading it alll and thanks in advance

i tried proactiv,neutrogena,clean & clear , none of them work on mei have really bad acne.. sumbody knows of another acne medication or sumthin that they used and it worked on the pimplesand also is there anythin to take the acne scars off cuz i have alot of those and it looks horribleplz sumbody help me
